Courses and Workshops

Take home your work
Our courses and workshops

Château des Pères invites you to immerse yourself in an artist's workshop for a few hours or a full day. Sylvie, Gwénaël, Aude, Marta, Marc and Mickaël will usher you into their world and guide you in creating your own artwork.

Try your hand at sculpting with wood, metal or stone, modelling with paper or making pottery. You will learn to work with the material, model it, sculpt it, shape it and create art with your own hands, even if you have never done it before.

Whether you come by yourself or with family or friends, each step will be organised into small groups so everyone gets individualised support.

Explore details about the various workshops below.

Aude Clabé and Marta Lavina The Pottery workshop

With Aude Clabé and Marta Lavina, discover the sensations of clay and centrifugal force. After a presentation of clay and the techniques for preparing the material, play and gradually master the gestures allowing you to make objects on the wheel. Adapted and progressive exercises will allow you to integrate them at your own pace. For the initiated, also discover the filming courses or the introduction to working on the plate. The tests and parts carried out will be available after cooking.
