Sculpture Park

A showcase to highlight art and artists
Sculpture Park

The Sculpture Park at Château des Pères is not locked behind any doors. Instead, this permanent exhibition of figurative and monumental sculptures is located within a 31 hectare estate dating from the 18th century.

Jean Paul Legendre is the collector and art lover who purchased the Chateau in 2011. He wanted to share his interest in sculpture by creating a place freely open to all, whether they are collectors, amateurs or just visitors. This exhibition is also open to artists who are well-known or still-to-be-discovered.

A 2-kilometre route Free and open to the public

The Park is open every day from 10am to 7pm in summer and 10am to 6pm in winter. As you stroll the 2-km route, you will find sculptures, as well as green spaces, picnic tables and rest areas. The Sculpture Park provides an artistic adventure in an extraordinary setting where you can take the time to stop, explore and observe.

Works in the Park Collection

Sculpture is an art that incorporates sharing, expertise and material manipulation. These are the values that we highlight at our estate. Artists enrich our lives with their experience, freedom of expression and creativity. They help us take our enterprise even further without losing sight of the initial goal. Stroll through the collection spread over 31 hectares and discover a variety of imposing or more discreet works by male and female artists including well-known sculptors and newcomers.

A yearly event Exhibitions

Once a year, the Sculpture Park also hosts a personal exhibition by an internationally-known artist. Over the years, we have acquired works from these events to create our collection. We currently exhibit sculptures from 29 artists in the Park. Here you will see outstanding work from artists such as Michel Audiard, Francis Guerrier, Christophe Charbonnel, Vilaine Dejoie Robin, Sylvie Icher, Remou, Nicolas Lavarenne, Michadu, Lisa VanHo, Cyrille Andre and Eric Theret.
