The Sculpture Park

A showcase to magnify art and artists
The Sculpture Park

No door to go through to enter the Sculpture Park of the Château des Pères. Located in the heart of a 31 hectare estate dating from the 18th century, the Château des Pères offers visitors a permanent exhibition of figurative and monumental sculptures within its park.

Jean Paul Legendre, collector and art lover bought the Château in 2011. His wish is to share his passion for sculpture by creating a place freely open to the public, whether he is a collector, an amateur or a simple visitor. A place also open to known artists or to discover.

A 2 kilometer course Everything you need to know about the Sculpture Park

On a 2-kilometer course, you will enjoy an outing where art is highlighted. The Park is open every day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. On your route, you will find picnic tables and resting places.

The works of the park The collection

Sculpture is an art that integrates sharing, know-how and the work of the material. These are the values that are put forward at the Domaine. Artists enrich us with their experience, their freedom and also their creativity. They allow us to move forward in our project, without taking our eyes off our initial goal. Explore the circuit to discover recognized artists, young shoots, men and women, offering monumental or more discreet works. The collection covers 31 hectares.

Once a year The exhibitions

The Sculpture Park is also, once a year, a personal exhibition by an artist of international level. Over the course of these, works were acquired in order to create the collection. Currently, the work of 29 artists is presented in the Park and 52 sculptures are exhibited there. You will have the chance to observe superb works by artists such as Michel Audiard, Francis Guerrier, Christophe Charbonnel, Vilaine Dejoie Robin, Sylvie Icher, Remou, Nicolas Lavarenne, Michadu, Lisa VanHo, Cyrille Andre or Eric Theret.
