The architecture of L’EssenCiel Hotel stems from a bold and visionary idea. Conceived by Jean-Paul Legendre, the owner of the estate, and designed by the Unité Architecture Agency, this patented, one-of-a-kind concept in France features a striking retro-futuristic design.

The structure draws inspiration from the form of a tree, with each branch supporting a suspended pod. This innovative architectural approach blends engineering, imagination and nature, creating an immersive experience that feels both grounded and weightless.

Within these exceptional cocoons, guests are invited to relax and recharge in a warm and cocoon-like atmosphere, designed for disconnection, contemplation and serenity.

For lovers of unusual stays, 36 elevated rooms provide a breathtaking experience, with the highest perched at over 28 metres above the ground. From these suspended cocoons, guests will enjoy stunning views of the surrounding countryside and the exhilarating sensation of sleeping between sky and nature.

For easier access, six rooms are located at ground level and three fully adapted for guests with reduced mobility, ensuring comfort and inclusiveness for all travellers.
