The Table of the Fathers

Currently installed in the historic building, La Table des Pères will join, from April 2022, a new structure under construction in the direct vicinity of the future hotel. Its panoramic view of the garden will allow customers to immerse themselves in the universe of the Chef, Jérôme Jouadé, whose inspiration comes directly of the vegetable garden. Wild pickings, fruit trees, aromatic herbs, mushrooms or other edible flowers, this is what feeds thecreativity of the Chef and his team, promising a cuisine close to Nature but also very daring, with plates as subtlethan surprising.

Our restaurant is openevery weekend: Friday lunchtime and evening, Saturday lunchtime and evening and Sunday lunchtime. On weekdays, we open our doors to groups of more than 10 people.

Creativity on your plate Chef Jérôme Jouade

Proud of his origins and his region, the chef, Jérôme Jouadé, is in the kitchen where he cultivates traditional cuisine from the Breton region and uses only fresh local produce. and the sea. It benefits from a privileged natural environment at the heart of the estate: The greenhouse, the garden, the aromatic herbs , a snail enclosure and the fruit trees of the Château are the main ingredients and sources of inspiration for the Chef! Well surrounded, Jérôme and his team sublimate the good and simple products from the vegetable garden to make dishes that are as surprising tastefully and aesthetically.
