In the heart of the Château des Pères Estate, Le Re-Père is an invitation to share and savor the simple pleasures of good food. Located in the estate's former pigsty, this café-rotisserie has retained all its authenticity. Among ancient stone walls, exposed beams, and large communal tables, everyone can enjoy a meal at their own pace, in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Homemade, generous, and seasonal cuisine, prepared with fresh ingredients, to share the pleasure of traditional meals.
At Re-Père, we revive time-honored recipes, revisited with creativity and a touch of indulgence. Our cuisine evolves with the seasons to showcase fresh, high-quality ingredients, carefully selected.

We prioritize sustainable practices by working with local producers.
Among them: Régis, from Ferme des Prés in Retiers, who raises pigs on straw, and Adèle from Ferme du Héron in Piré, who makes our goat cheese. 75% of our suppliers are located within 150 km of the restaurant. Depending on the season, some of the fruits, vegetables, and herbs served at Re-Père come directly from the Domaine's kitchen garden. Because the best meals are those where we take the time to share, we've created an all-you-can-eat, self-service option where everyone can create their own plate according to their preferences and appetite. Discover seasonal starters, slow-cooked dishes, meats carved to order, their sides and homemade sauces, a selection of cheeses, and homemade desserts.
This passion drives us every day: sincere, delicious, and convivial cuisine, where the pleasure of gathering around a beautiful table is always at the heart of the experience.

Basking in the sun The Re-Father's Guinguette

An open-air living space to share a drink, play games, meet up, and enjoy the beautiful weather in the heart of the Château des Pères estate.

In the warmer months, the Re-Père terrace transforms into a lively open-air café, welcoming everyone and designed as a place for relaxation and conviviality. Settle in under the shade of the sails and share a moment with friends, family, or your loved one over a drink.

At the outdoor bar, discover a selection of Breton craft beers, cocktails, wines, hot and cold drinks, along with homemade snacks (including Bébette's must-try cookie!) and ice cream.

To extend the fun, enjoy our outdoor games: pétanque, Breton palets, and Mölkky. The Guinguette also comes alive with concerts and events.
A lively, festive, and authentic place where you can come for a drink… and often want to stay a little longer. Opening hours: Wednesday to Sunday, 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, during the summer season.
