Welcome to La Serre, by La Table des Pères. In the heart of the kitchen garden, the estate's former greenhouse has been completely restored to welcome you to a new space, in harmony with nature. Our mixologists draw inspiration from this environment to offer you a menu of subtle and original cocktails, which change with the seasons. They reinvent the classics using flowers and aromatic herbs from the garden.

For guests of the Hôtel-Spa L’EssenCiel and diners at La Table des Pères, we offer a gastronomic aperitif for €18, served before dinner: a cocktail of your choice accompanied by gourmet canapés.

In addition, La Serre also welcomes the public by reservation to enjoy our à la carte cocktails in a bar setting, without the canapé option included.

As part of your stay at the Hôtel Spa L’EssenCiel**** or a meal at La Table des Pères, we invite you to share an exceptional aperitif, served in La Serre, every evening from Wednesday to Saturday, as well as Sunday at lunchtime.

La Serre welcomes you by reservation to fully enjoy its world, in a flexible, à la carte format. Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM.

Settle in, take your time, and let yourself be guided by a menu designed as a space for expression.

Here, classic cocktails are subtly revisited, and original creations come to life with the changing seasons, with options both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Each glass becomes an ephemeral work of art where our mixologists express their creativity: balanced aromas, interplay of textures, the freshness of garden herbs or seasonal fruits… ⚠️ Gourmet appetizers are not included in this experience. A special moment for those who wish to discover La Serre in its simplest form: a cocktail bar inspired by nature.
