The Greenhouse - By La Table des Pères

Welcome to La Serre, by La Table des Pères. In the heart of the kitchen garden, the estate's former greenhouse has been completely restored to welcome you to a new space, in harmony with nature. Our mixologist draws inspiration from this environment to offer you a menu of subtle and original cocktails, which change with the seasons. He reinvents the classics using flowers and aromatic herbs from the garden.

One Year of Work The Fully Restored Greenhouse

The former greenhouse of the Château des Pères, which some say was designed by Le Nôtre himself, required a full year of restoration to come back to life at the heart of the kitchen garden.

Julien Legendre, Director of the Domaine, made it a point of honor to restore it identically, in full respect of the original architecture. Most of the metal structures were preserved and repainted. All of the glasswork, too damaged to be restored, was carefully replaced by a master glassmaker located just a few kilometers from the Château

La Serre offers its à la carte cocktails on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, by reservation only.

As part of a stay at the L'EssenCiel**** hotel and spa or a meal at La Table des Pères,we also offer an exceptional aperitif before your meal every evening from Wednesday to Saturday and also on Sunday at lunchtime. For a single price of €18 per person, enjoy one of our cocktails of your choice, accompanied by canapés to share. Our gourmet canapés are prepared by the chefs of La Table des Pères, a Michelin-starred restaurant since 2023.

How to book?

For cocktail tastings from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM, reservations are only accepted online.

If you would like to experience the greenhouse just before your meal, please mention this when making your reservation at La Table des Pères.

Carole, our gardener, uses the greenhouse for a wide variety of plantings—flowers, vegetables, and aromatic herbs. Admire this flourishing vegetation, which will delight your eyes… and your taste buds!
