La Serre – Cocktail Bar

Still in operation, La Serre is the former vegetable greenhouse of the Château des Pères estate. In 2023, it was completely restored to its original state in order to preserve its original architecture and give it a second life.

Today, this cultural space has become a cocktail bar, where nature is even incorporated into the drinks. It is located in the heart of the kitchen garden, where flowers, aromatic herbs, and vegetables destined for our restaurant kitchens are grown. Whether you are visiting the Domaine after a stroll through the sculpture park, after a meal at Re-Père or La Table des Pères, or simply looking for a peaceful place to share a cocktail, a digestif, or an exceptional coffee, La Serre welcomes you to a unique setting in the heart of the kitchen garden.

Our mixologists have created a menu that evolves with the seasons, drawing inspiration from the flowers and aromatic herbs of the estate. Classic cocktails sit alongside original creations, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, designed as true taste experiences.
